Terms and Conditions for MODDS.WATCH

modds.watch is an online platform that enables users to virtually modify and visualize watches in 3D. The platform is intended for hobbyists and professional watch modders to preview customizations before attempting them on physical watches.

To use modds.watch, you must: Be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian. Use a valid Google account or email address for login. Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must log in using your Google account or email address to access the Service. Access is granted via a point-based system, where 1 point = $1 = 1 day of access, or monthly/yearly subscription system. You can use your points only when you need to activate the Points Pro Plan, to access all the watches in the dashboard. If you don't currently need the full access, your points will stay in your account and will wait you there. Subscription for monthly or yearly Pro Plan, will give you full access to all the watches for the relevant period of time. Points and subscriptions are purchased through our third-party payment provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

By creating an account, you agree to receive essential transactional emails (e.g., login links, purchase confirmations). You may also opt-in to receive promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link provided in those emails.

All purchases of access points and subscriptions are handled securely via our payment provider. You may purchase points as one-time access or choose a recurring subscription plan (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Points and subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing, point values, or access terms with prior notice.

All content, 3D models, code, branding, and other materials on modds.watch are owned by MODDS.WATCH or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission. All third-party brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks (such as Casio, Seiko, and others) that may appear on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by those companies. Any 3D models or visual representations of watches available on modds.watch are artistic interpretations or stylized representations intended for educational and customization visualization purposes only. They are not exact replicas, and modds.watch does not sell or distribute any physical watch products, 3D assets, or counterfeit items. You retain ownership of any original watch mod designs you create through the platform. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display, host, and enhance user experience based on aggregated design data, without revealing any personally identifiable information.

You agree not to: Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Modify or interfere with the platform's code or infrastructure. Upload malicious code or perform any action that disrupts or harms the Service. Attempt to resell or sub-license access to modds.watch or 3D models represented on the platform.

modds.watch uses third-party services (such as Google Auth and payment providers) to facilitate login and payment. We are not responsible for the terms or privacy practices of these third-party providers. We use Amazon SES and similar tools to send transactional emails, which may include tracking for deliverability and engagement (e.g., open or click tracking). These tools may set cookies or use tracking pixels.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to modds.watch at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our service or users.

modds.watch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using modds.watch will prevent physical modding mistakes or result in successful modifications. In no event shall MODDS.WATCH or its team be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

modds.watch offers both point-based access (1 point = $1 = 1 day of use) and recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions. Because our product is a digital service that becomes accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. All point purchases are non-refundable once access is granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase by mikecaplano@mail.modds.watch. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time. Refunds for accidental charges, duplicate purchases, or unauthorized transactions may be granted at our discretion, if reported within 7 days of the charge. To request a refund, please contact me at mikecaplano@mail.modds.watch with your account email, payment details, and reason for the request. If technical issues (such as failed email delivery) prevent timely access to paid services, you must notify us within 7 days to request a credit or refund. We reserve the right to assess and resolve such cases at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditionsat any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
