Why is MODDS.WATCH free?

MODDS.WATCH was created to solve a real problem for the watch modding community — the inability to visualize mods before buying parts. Making it free ensures that everyone, from hobbyists to professional modders, can use the tool without barriers. The goal is to make watch modding more accessible and less risky for everyone. While the platform is free, running it involves real costs: servers, 3D modeling, reference photography, and continuous updates. Optional $5/month Patreon support helps bring the next watch model. The core platform stays free.
